We have run into nothing but problems when trying to use other car charging companies, it's been kind of a nightmare. Plenitude is the only company that has been reliable for us on our trip through Italy. When we couldn't get something on the app figured out, customer service was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the chargers themselves have been easy to use and compatible with our vehicle. Highly recommend this company's charging above the rest!!!

As a EV-Driver you have to be prepared a bit, but then I got stuck at a place with chargers do not support Swiss Charge nor WE Charge Network. Not even Credit Card. After 20 Mins installing the App, creating Car Profit, Billing Profile and Payment Method (twice) it got stuck at "starting process". Gave up. Please provide a No-Fuss Install&ImmediateCharge option for one-time users. And why do you need my birthday, address, phone number?

What is it with many italian charging apps want to get your Fiscal Number or private ID number?? This a no-go! If you buy things in a shop no one needs that. Worse, they don't provide MFA and want you to put in such sensitive information into insecure apps and accounts.
