We have run into nothing but problems when trying to use other car charging companies, it's been kind of a nightmare. Plenitude is the only company that has been reliable for us on our trip through Italy. When we couldn't get something on the app figured out, customer service was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the chargers themselves have been easy to use and compatible with our vehicle. Highly recommend this company's charging above the rest!!!

Had tried Enel X before but No help was forthcoming and very arrogant, no Patience at all. Apart Grom the fact that most of the Enel X Machines were Not working.

Used the app for the 250 kWh bundle. Had some issues with credit cards but got it working. Connection to chargers is fast and always starts when I select the correct one. One of the issues is the random zoom out which happens when you are searching for chargers. Also, it is annoying to have to select only CCS chargers every time. Creating a custom profile instead of picking a car should be an option.

If you are not ready to provide an adequate service and a full functioning App you could wait a bit before entering the market. I have a feeling that this application is only meant to collect people's data. App: -I can't add vehicle. -where are the price bundles? Service: -only few charging stations are shown. -extremely high prices for charge to go. You only lose potential customers when advertising for something you cant provide. Good luck

Do not use this app and this provider. They increased the prices for at least 125% overnight without any particular reason. Imagine such increase for petrol and diesel. The world will collapse instantly.

Useless!!!!! Won't let you set up pay and go, phone support based in Italy, not answering the phone. Do not download!
