You can't even log in to your account with this app. Even after 2FA, the auth flow just displays "not found" even though I can log in via Chrome on the same Android device.

Avoid this service. This app is untested with popular browsers so fails authentication. When you figure out how to login, it then SMSes you every time you open the app. Then you hit SMS limits which stops you from logging in. Support is poor and not helpful. If you're reviewing using this in your business consider other services.
