★★★★★ My RF token won't work but need to contact admin

★★★★★ I've used this app multiple times at EV charging stations in the UK and Guernsey, and it's worked well every time. I also ordered a key fob, and it was delivered promptly, and using it is hassle-free.

★★☆☆☆ Hopeless. New user, map didn't appear. Phoned customer services who were very helpful. However, I was informed this was a known problem for new users, so app totally unusable

★★☆☆☆ Does not show any chargers in Bhopal and Indore.
