Works really well with the networks I've tried, love the discount for subscribers too. It'd be good to have a running total of how much we've SAVED using the app as opposed to using the networks direct... Could there be a running total somehow? And why no actual app for the in car system?!

No difference to normal app...yet. Why when there is only a single Polestar full EV available currently, and you have to type in your Polestar's VIN, does it still insist that you choose your vehicle type... And lists all EVs?!

Useless, app requires a different amount to the standard plug surfing app for no reason, it won't accept my VIN, so I can't use it

It could be so much better! For example, you can't filter out non preferred operators? The list of preferred operators doesn't include all the operators included in the subscription? Some Instavolt chargers are apparently not included in the subscription? You can't view only favorites on the map? Some operators need a separate charge card despite being on the subscription why are they not compatible with app payments? Not android auto compatible? Lastly the map is very frustrating, so, so laggy.

One of the worst charging apps, the only reason I use it is it's the only way now to get the Polestar charging discount on the pathetic number of Ionity chargers in the UK. It is so slow to update the status of available chargers. I have been stood many times at an Ionity charger, where no one is connected, for over 10 minutes before the app will say the charger is available. Calling Ionity for support is pointless, they can see it is available, but can't affect the status in by Plug surfing.
