The app I'm works fine. I wish the PAK would work better on my Pixel 7 though. Edit: same problem with the PAK with a pixel 9 pro. Edit again: works now fine on a Pixel 10 Pro.

You don't need your keys and can start your AC remotely on those hot days and lock your car or open your trunk. It's great. Also I love the polestar propaganda page to keep informed on their latest stuff they have.

App for 2026 Polestar 4 is excellent works 100% of the time. Works much more often than proximity key FOB, that works maybe 50% of the time🤣

2024 P2 LR dual motor with plus & pilot packs. The digital key function is unreliable and can't be trusted. The app says my car's 12v battery is low, but the car status screen says everything's fine. I brought the car in to the service center, and they said the 12v battery is fine, so I know it's a problem with the app. Super annoying because it shows the false warning every time I run the app. Remote lock/climate functions work fine.

Generally pretty good. I take it all back. Whichever Dev came up with '1 tap to switch your charge limit on the main screen, 80%, 90%, 100%, 1 more accidental tap when you have a long journey tomorrow and find your car on 50% in the morning' - please quit and go and find yourself another job and save us from you. If you search the internet yourself 1 minor tap to drop your charge limit from 100% to 50% is not only an issue for me. It's a really stupid behavior effecting many customers

Have never got the digital key to actually work, and the app lacks much useful functionality. It can schedule charging and unlock the doors, but even that's a bit temperamental App is getting worse. Tried an uninstallation and reinstall, and it's not saved my car. Spent an hour trying to get the car to detect the 3 keys.... I really hate the Polestar software. It's probably the worst on the market right now. Cars nice but software is so bad it's such a shame
