I think this app is quite good when you need someone to talk to, and you don't know who to reach. The counselor really does help in the chatting session make myself feel a little bit better and lighter.

It's a great app. The counselor is helpful and friendly. And no it didn't feel like talking to a bot. It feels like talking to a real person. They're available when I need help and advices. Accept for after midnight it's harder to get a counselor. Overall a great app.
