Not useful, I can't save my delivery number, impossible to see my account, it can't find anything even if I know the post number.

Great improvement for Czech Post services! Finally, Pošta works like 21st century company. If I might wish anything it would be a button for archiving directly at the page with tracking overview. Now I have to open menu a click on archive. One click less would be convenient.

My only issue with the app is that disposition changes to my packages take too long to be processed, and sometimes they don't take effect at all. Such as changing home delivery to pick-up at a post office instead the next day. It's only a minor inconvenience and that's why I've still given it 5 stars. Other than that, I've been using the app frequently to track packages, calculate shipping costs, fill in package info online and find post codes or post offices, and I'm very happy with it!

This is the worst post service ever. They did not bring my package to my home, and they mentioned in the system that I was not there. Plus, I went to the depo for picking up my package depending on the address on the website. When I arrive to the office, they said that its in another post building. This is totally unresponsible behavior, and they lack of communication with the customer.

Missing data about parcels. Received email with notification about storing the parcel at the post office, but no info in the app
