Great improvement for Czech Post services! Finally, Pošta works like 21st century company. If I might wish anything it would be a button for archiving directly at the page with tracking overview. Now I have to open menu a click on archive. One click less would be convenient.

My only issue with the app is that disposition changes to my packages take too long to be processed, and sometimes they don't take effect at all. Such as changing home delivery to pick-up at a post office instead the next day. It's only a minor inconvenience and that's why I've still given it 5 stars. Other than that, I've been using the app frequently to track packages, calculate shipping costs, fill in package info online and find post codes or post offices, and I'm very happy with it!

The services of the Czech Post are getting worse over time. The waiting times at the few remaining offices are getting longer. They do not even try to deliver to hand; instead, they just leave a note straight away. And the worst part is that the letter is still not at the post office, even four days after receiving the note in the mailbox. It is a horrible experience every time.

Missing data about parcels. Received email with notification about storing the parcel at the post office, but no info in the app

As bad as all other post office services - notification are super late, you can only automatically match packages via mail address or phone number, which can be on the package, but post office does not bother to scan it.
