My score is 95 during one month so far, I struggled to connect sensor properly. I attached it to the windscreen but kept getting notifications that sensor is lost and needs to be attached again. I called customer service, they said you need to spend over 2 hours driving, and then it will fix which it did. But made feel a bit frustrated, I was thinking what if they will cancel my policy because their sensor isn't working properly. But now it's working, well it saved me over £350, give it a go.

I have had absolutely no problems with the app. Driving is rated Extremely fairly, and it allows you to use your phone as a satnav with no black box penalty. Fantastic insurance and a great app.

Installed the app go to log in and does not recognize email or phone number. Go onto Website and log straight in with same details

This app is so frustrating and intrusive, I'm constantly getting notifications about I'm using my phone while I'm driving when I'm not. It forces you to have Bluetooth on at all times even when sat at home, if not you constantly get reminders that it can't access your phone. This insurance company is terrible and best to avoid for anyone looking at this review, sadly my partner sorted the insurance and this is the garbage we end up with. Roll on thw end of the trash contract....

This review is not about the app. 1st Central is a huge ripoff company. They force people to pay for vehicles they don't own. I am talking from experience. They had three vehicles I had never owned. Even when it was proven I did not have a record of those vehicles. They still hounded us online, email and phone for over two years. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.
