Love the ring but have two cons. Does not track the menstrual cycle accurately and will log in a nap if watching a movie or reading a book. And unable to edit or correct this mistake. Definitely messing with the sleep score.

Was working fine for few days but now today it is not connected. App changed updated IDK, but now ring isn't connected and it's not working. Would absolutely not recommend

The old app was hard to read with light text on a white background. The latest update has absolutely destroyed this app. App records 1 hour of sleep after a solid 7 hours and steps recorded 260 after walking all day. Vitals only shows the last data recorded...no history for the day. Useless and nowhere near accurate.
