Completely unreliable, I got a new phone as the app did not work so well on my previous phone, and it stopped working after 6 months. There is no excuse for locking me out of my apartment regardless of app updates. Just skip the app and use the key it's not worth the hassle this app has caused me

The app doesn't tell you if you're locking or unlocking the door. It always says it's unlocking it which is a bit disconcerting when my 4-year-old is sleeping on the other side of it, and I can't check whether it's unlocked or locked unless I stand outside the door and try it! Need to have a lock option or a status display to know we can all sleep safely at night!
