Pole Dance Coach

Pole Coach is a class planning and teaching companion built for pole dance instructors.

Plan your classes, organise your sessions, manage your students and keep your teaching content in one place.

Whether you teach private lessons, group classes or several sessions each week, Pole Coach helps you spend less time juggling notes, documents and spreadsheets, and more time teaching.

PLAN YOUR POLE DANCE CLASSES

Create structured classes using blocks and steps. Prepare warm-ups, technique work, tricks, transitions, combos, conditioning, flexibility and cool-downs in a clear format you can reuse whenever you need it.

ORGANISE YOUR SCHEDULE

Plan upcoming sessions, keep track of your timetable and quickly see what you are teaching next.

MANAGE PARTICIPANTS AND GROUPS

Keep your students and groups organised for each session. Record attendance and keep useful information connected to the people you teach.

TRACK NOTES AND OBSERVATIONS

Add teaching notes and individual observations so you can remember what was covered, what needs more work and what to revisit in future classes.

BUILD YOUR OWN TEACHING LIBRARY

Save and reuse your pole dance content instead of rebuilding every class from scratch. Keep your favourite material organised and ready for future sessions.

KEEP YOUR TEACHING MATERIALS TOGETHER

Attach useful files and resources to your courses and sessions so your lesson plans and supporting material stay in one place.

FOLLOW YOUR CLASS WHILE YOU TEACH

Use the live session view to follow your planned lesson step by step while teaching, then review the session when it is finished.

DESIGNED FOR INDEPENDENT POLE DANCE INSTRUCTORS

Pole Coach is made for instructors who want a practical workspace for preparing, teaching and tracking their classes without the complexity of a full studio management system.

Available in English, French, Spanish, German and Brazilian Portuguese.

Organise your teaching. Reuse what works. Keep every class clear and ready when you need it.
