Just downloaded, clean and no bs. You have to pay for it and its only $.99 (lots of negative comments were that's it forces you to pay). If you're going to be a badass you may just have to spend a lil money. Improvements, -access personal media for sleep\wake tones. -option for custom pre-alarm notification -the alarm stop button is buggy, maybe im dumb and can't find -ability to add naps and move naps but warns about 6hr rule -info spot about polyphasic sleep & links to books/articals

Lots of potential but lacking customization. In short, the developer should add custom presets for paid users. It seems you can shift the schedules forward or back if you wish, but you can't change the durations. For example, for Every man schedules, having the option to do a 40-minute Nap 1 after the core nap would be very useful. Or, simply increasing or decreasing any of the naps at all. Some people require or want more sleep for the core nap, and it's a shame that such a nice looking app does not provide this capability. I hope for future updates, I think many would pay for these features.

Does not let you set up custom sleep cycles and all the decent sleep cycles are locked behind a pay wall

You should NOT be sleeping two hours per day. That is not healthy, or even possible if you break your sleep up into parts shorter than 40 minutes. But honestly tough, as a full time student with a night job, I don't ever get enough sleep anyway. It's really nice to have a schedule that doesn't just tell me my routine is unhealthy. I know it is. Thanks for actually making an app that helps in such a bad situation. I would like to see a normal, 8 hours of sleep option tough.
