Sleep Reset has been a super helpful and informative approach to changing my sleeping patterns and habits. The Sleep Logs make me very conscious of my sleep, and I am learning to ONLY go to bed when I'm REALLY sleepy - not when I'm fatigued, daydreaming, relaxing, reading etc. My coach Mija (a real human) was very supportive and encouraging. The lessons are fascinating. I'm not taking sleeping meds anymore so my goal is achieved. Expensive but worth the money!

I paid for a specific CBT program to address sleep, but was barred from using it due to family history, likely for liability reasons. While the assigned coach was responsive and helpful, we ended up practicing other CBT methods I’d already done on my own (i.e. free). It’s inappropriate to charge full price for a specialized therapy the company won’t actually provide. Save your money: you can find these sleep hygiene tips for free online.

Charged me for subscription after I cancelled on day 7 of 7 day free trial When sucking you in the app also says it will send an email warning of the end of the 7-day free trial - scammers... Don't trust them. And, the app did 0 to improve sleep. With "millions" of users one ought to ask why there are only 508 reviews...
