Pookiedex

Pookiedex is the coaching app for Panda Coaching, run by Canberra personal trainer Lee Lem. It is where Lee's clients get their training, track their food and stay in touch with Lee.

The approach is simple: a clear program to follow, food that fits the goal, and a coach to message when motivation dips.

Training comes from Lee's library of programs, chosen for each client's goal and the days they can train. Every exercise has a demo, and clients log sets, reps and weights as they go, with a rest timer between sets.

For food, clients log meals against daily calorie and macro targets and can browse Lee's recipe collections for meals that fit the numbers.

And when a question comes up, Lee is a message away, with photos and voice notes for the things that are easier to show than type.

In the app:
- Programs from Lee's library, with a workout log and rest timer
- Food logging against calorie and macro targets
- Lee's recipe collections
- Progress charts for body weight, measurements and lifts
- Direct messages with Lee
- Health Connect on Android for steps and sleep

Clients join Panda Coaching and pay for coaching directly with Lee; nothing is sold in the app.
