I need help, I was a tutor on the old app before. I was trying to set up my profile and I keep getting errors when I upload an ID. And it's written in chinese, I dont understand

It's not working correctly. I get notifications on my phone for messages from contacts and calls coming in but clicking on them doesn't take me to the app. When I go to the app, the messages are not there and there are no calls. I got a response from the app operator when I sent a message about this, but the answer did not address the question or resolve the issue.

Terrible app.. I never was able to watch a video .. As a tutor never received a call .. or if I receive one it's usually quickly taken by other teachers.. please don't bother yourself downloading this app it's useless
