A very good app for long distance travel. Perhaps riders should see and know driver's licensed plate of car ahead of trip, for security reasons and riders should be able to share trips with family and friends just like for the in-town/short distance hailing apps.

The app itself is ok, but it really needs to explain to passengers more actively what a ride-share is. Every time when I post a ride, my dm is full of people who think that I am intercity uber, asking me to do door to door with 60Â km detours from my posted route, or to book a ride to a different date. Or they just book without even messaging, and I have to manage everyone and ask where their majesty want to be picked up and then cancel them. The experience as a driver is totally insane.

The app works and platform is good but reason for blocking drivers is really stupid reason as a driver I had posted ride from London to Toronto and same day back in evening time just to earn some extra cash while traveling to Toronto I might have got 4–5 people messaging me for return ride as I was driving was not able to respond them might have missed 1 person just because I was not able to respond they blocked my account permanently didn't pay me for ride from London to Toronto also

Not very reliable service. The drivers end up sharing their personal number before booking and rather ask you for more money which they post on their app. I have had the worst experience.
