I have an account since 2017 when the app started, all 5 stars reviews. Zero complain. But suddenly my account got suspended without warning.... Okay, maybe I misunderstood something in the guidelines, but at least give me one warning before it get permanent suspension. That's really sad. They stopped replying to my email too... Hopefully they can give me another chance and I promise that I will 100% follow tbe guidelines.

Great app but beware of people using it to fish for cash rides. Wish that the car information was easier to find *after* you book your ride, so you can recognize it when it shows up.

I went to pick up a customer who booked two seats. When I went to pick him up at his preferred pick up location, he cancelled the ride. I had another passenger with me at that time. So the person who cancelled the ride, wasted my time and the other passenger's time. I asked Polarize to give me compensation for it, but they blocked my account. I told the customer I will give half refund, but he rejected and so Polarize blocked my account. Polarize doesn't care for the drivers. So beware of this app

Worst experience I had ever while booking a ride as it is totally scam, and they charged me $30 for a ride that is refused by a driver and the polarize bot is also not responding. Even though they do not have any customer care contact number also. I will suggest everybody to uninstall this app and book ride from somewhere else.
