Kind of sucks when they don't let the driver offer door to door but almost every rider asks for it. And prices are capped very low for drivers.

I went to pick up a customer who booked two seats. When I went to pick him up at his preferred pick up location, he cancelled the ride. I had another passenger with me at that time. So the person who cancelled the ride, wasted my time and the other passenger's time. I asked Polarize to give me compensation for it, but they blocked my account. I told the customer I will give half refund, but he rejected and so Polarize blocked my account. Polarize doesn't care for the drivers. So beware of this app
