Dustin was an excellent driver. He was friendly, professional, and made the ride comfortable from start to finish. He went the extra mile by dropping me off at my exact destination, which I really appreciated. His outstanding service and attention to detail made for a great experience. I went to pick up a customer who booked two seats. When I went to pick him up at his preferred pick up location, he cancelled the ride. I had another passenger with me at that time. So the person who cancelled the ride, wasted my time and the other passenger's time. I asked Polarize to give me compensation for it, but they blocked my account. I told the customer I will give half refund, but he rejected and so Polarize blocked my account. Polarize doesn't care for the drivers. So beware of this app

Used it without issues for about 6 months until one day they decided to block me because my wife did the drive for customers that booked. This violates their terms of agreement! Then made another account with another email! Used it for about 6 months, and then they blocked me "NOT RESPONDING TO MESSAGES" THAT is a lie, I always respond. Poparide SUCKS and is 100% not driver friendly
