Yes, they have jobs but if you pay per lead "NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, PERIOD!" There's no explaining your case (even if you get NO RESPONSE FROM CLIENT) because obviously they are not exclusive leads, in which I could understand no refunds.

They steal your money by sending you fake leads. A brought able ad for lady named Melissa I tried calling her 3 times and left message there was no answer on top of it she didn't pick up Then I talk to customer service explain to them what happened And the guy told me that since he couldn't get ahold of her I would receive my credit back not even 5 minutes later I received an email telling me I wasn't receiving no credit for this customer.(Will Never Use Porch Again)
