Great location, the company is very supportive and The response Team is very efficient and quick. I will recommend this app, either you ride as a delivery driver or daily commuter, this bikes allows you to anywhere and leave your bike with concerns for transport. I as a delivery driver I have had a great experience with this company, the hub mechanic in (BDC) HUB ISLINGTON is very supportive towards customers, respond and solve problems with daily riders, He's (Hamid Tavakalov).

Very bad service customer service very, very bad all e bikes are mad, feel like manual bike, too much load if u think doing delivery in this very bad decision

This company does not care about its customers. I encountered a problem with my grades and tried to contact technical support, but no one responded to me, and I continued to be ignored despite the many requests I made. I also received a penalty from the company I work for, as they informed me that they would close my account. All of these problems were caused by you and your poor service. Your slogan is "24-hour service," but this slogan completely contradicts reality-24 hours of being ignored

Warning warning warning the bike can break down completely while on hire, and it can sign you out automatically from the app and customer service only can be reached by message via email, and they don't understand English well, and they'll ask you to bring bike to port location by van which will cost hundreds of pound.
