Great location, the company is very supportive and The response Team is very efficient and quick. I will recommend this app, either you ride as a delivery driver or daily commuter, this bikes allows you to anywhere and leave your bike with concerns for transport. I as a delivery driver I have had a great experience with this company, the hub mechanic in (BDC) HUB ISLINGTON is very supportive towards customers, respond and solve problems with daily riders, He's (Hamid Tavakalov).

Issued a £25 fine for late return despite there being a miscommunication regarding terms of the rental. Also failed to inform me I had an additional 90 minutes to return the bike before fine would be issued. When I raised with customer support, twice, I was referred to as 'Sir' twice, by two different staff members, despite being a female with a female name... very disappointing. I was a new customer, it was my first rental. They could have handled this so much better. Avoid this company.

Has to be the worst rental service in London. Expensive and I've had 6 bikes stop providing assistance with ample battery left. Their customer support is absolutely horrible and tell you there's no issue as long as bike is moving, even if when you send them a video showing the lack of assistance. This costs you money on the job, and they refuse to offer you compensation afterward. STAY WELL AWAY!

Very bad service no proper docks available every week 2 to 3 times I face issue while ending the trips and the issue takes hours to fix, no proper service. I'm not going to use port app again.
