★★★★★ Very fresh foods. Portillo's my favorite place since when I'm working for get fresh produce. I was delivering a vegetable, for Portillo's locations. As a truck driver. The walking coolers amalgamating. Organized and smell very fresh.

★★★★★ I ordered online with ease and picked up my order in the pickup lane with little wait. Food is always freshly made, hot and sooo good. Over the years that I have been enjoying their food I've tried close to everything on the menu and no complaints... just really good food! Take my advice you won't be disappointed

★★☆☆☆ Your app is garbage it signed me out and I can't sign back in. says to turn off pop up but it's an app. And no I will not. Missed my rewards

★★☆☆☆ Since signing up, I keep getting emails asking me to join even though I'm a registered member. The app redirects to Portillo website, with new sign on. Also get asked to accept cookies anytime I navigate to home page. I have used the app to order and that worked well. Good hot dogs, bad app.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, it makes it so hard to log into your perks account. It doesn't remember my login info ever. And I have a free sandwich perk that got texted and emailed to me, and it routes me to the app which doesn't let me log in. this app is the worst fast food app I've experienced
