It was a great experience. I requested that my sandwich be cut into 4 pieces, and it was cut with precision.! All I had to do was pull and unwrap the surrounding paper! Sensational, I tell you, and it has been a minute since, I had a Wreck! Yes, it was delicious 😋 and I give it and the workers a 20. Plus the bathroom was clean ! That is another 20! I will do the Arnold S. by saying "I will be back" !!! !!!

Hi Potbelly! I order from you guys quite frequently. Ever since the new update there is no longer an option to add a fountain drink to cart. When I pick up my order, I always have to ask the desk to do a separate charge for a fountain drink. I'd really appreciate the option added back to the drink menu.

I ordered the clubby. They let you add toppings in the app. I thought it was choosing the toppings that you wanted. I didn't see any 'comes with'. I wanted mayo as my condiment. I didn't know that it already came with ranch dressing. The sandwich wasn't as good with ranch.

Horrible app, great food. Need to outsource the design of the application. It does not record your last 4 orders. The reward has fountain and bottle but does not give you an option for fountain. Hard to use. It does not allow you to easily change the order, or the place the order is placed. It does not have any intelligence to realize that a place is inside an airport behind security and probably most people won't order from there. It does not have a default location like every other app for food

Can't add drinks or chips to sandwich orders 😭 The latest ordering app update this week or so has kept the ability to add chips and drink to a sandwich order, but then blocks that at check out with an error. This was a useful app, but without some basics like this it's no longer usable.
