Hi Potbelly! I order from you guys quite frequently. Ever since the new update there is no longer an option to add a fountain drink to cart. When I pick up my order, I always have to ask the desk to do a separate charge for a fountain drink. I'd really appreciate the option added back to the drink menu.

Great sandwiches! I always get a Cubano for work lunch and usually a meatball sub for dinner. I switched it up and got the pizza sandwich last time though, and it was very good so will be my new go to dinner.

Horrible app, great food. Need to outsource the design of the application. It does not record your last 4 orders. The reward has fountain and bottle but does not give you an option for fountain. Hard to use. It does not allow you to easily change the order, or the place the order is placed. It does not have any intelligence to realize that a place is inside an airport behind security and probably most people won't order from there. It does not have a default location like every other app for food

POTBELLY LIES. The app offers a "free cookie with order" as a promo. I clicked the link, ordered a meal, then saw the app CHARGE $3 EXTRA FOR THE "free" COOKIE. No promo code, no fix. I used this app to preorder, only to see the people who ordered in person got served faster. My order was wrong. Also, the sandwich was soggy and cold by the time it got to me. Their website didn't allow online orders as they clearly want folks to use this terrible app.

I love Potbelly and the app is very convenient. After the recent update 5 days ago the app is draining my phone battery even though I have not opened since my last order which was 3 days ago. It used 35% of my battery on Saturday without me even opening the app. I force closed the app, restarted my phone, and disabled the permission that allows it to run in the background. No idea what the app is doing. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon.

It's a pretty good app that's is great for pickup orders you can customize alot but if you place a delivery order on the app it's not going to be the store closest to you, it's going to be one miles away with 3 stores in between it could've sent the order to and take an hour to get to you because of said distance so don't expect it to actually be fresh when you get it but the food is great
