Mobile Deposit is the most frustrating experience ever. I'd rather sit at the DMV next to a screaming child for 2 hours. Nothing better than when you, in the CLEAREST handwriting, print on the back of the check exactly what it tells you to write, and then it rejects the deposit and asks, "Are you sure you can you clearly read it?" Over. And over. And over again. I had to take the same picture >50 times before it finally accepted it. Fix or update your word recognition software. It's garbage.

Used to love it, but now I keep getting a blank white screen when I try to access the mobile app for android. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and intermittently goes to a blank white screen and doesn't let me get in to do my banking. Not sure what's going on none of my other apps have issues.
