Pour Over

Pour Over is an easy‑to‑use tool for coffee enthusiasts who want precise control over their pour‑over brewing. It shows the next target weight in large numbers and alerts you with vibrations before each pour, letting you focus on the kettle and dripper without looking at a method card.

The app visualizes the dripper cross‑section so you can see which line you have reached and which one you are pouring to. After the brew finishes, you tap “Drawdown done” and rate the taste, which guides the next grind adjustment automatically.

A chart lists all your cups, displaying each drawdown time against its optimal window and the grind setting used. This makes it simple to spot beans that brew too fast or slow and see how changes in grind affect the result.

You can create and edit multiple brewing schedules, such as V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex or your own custom methods. Changing dose, water amount, kettle temperature or the drawdown window updates the visual guide instantly, keeping the brew within the Specialty Coffee Association’s Golden Cup standards.

All content is included in the app and works completely offline. With Pour Over, your favorites, notes, progress, and personal data are stored only on your device, with no registration, accounts, or cloud synchronization required.
