★★☆☆☆ Joyless. This takes the simple pleasure of a paper airplane and turns it into a bureaucratic and frustrating chore. You have to click through 'flight school' screens to fly a paper airplane. You also must allow location access to fly your paper airplane. There is no need for the app to know where my kid is playing with a paper airplane. Creepy.

★★☆☆☆ Update: I used to be a big fan of Powerup. Then I got a phone newer than 5 years old and it's been terrible ever since. Like what other reviews said: don't bother. The app will change orientation mid-flight if you turn your phone too far because the rudder doesn't work well if at all. That is assuming that it even connects to the phone in the first place. I've had this issue for years with no resolution.
