2020.09.08 update: less and less syncing issues; didn't charge the watch on the dock in a looong period of time; nice updates on the firmware with new settings and features 👍 Would like the option for light background and black/color fonts. [oldest review] Could not sync the watch to phone... Connected the watch to iPhone and got a firmware update. Wanted to switch back to my Android phone, but I cannot pair/connect anymore...

The app and watch works as they should now. plenty of updates have been made that have made the clock settings into a diverse set it usable tools and the alarm works really well. The backlight and it's settings are great now, adapting to time and light and to you. The GPS works better and can be configured to save battery. The reactive dnd modes are also a great thing. The Bluetooth connection works a lot better now and almost always reconnects properly without having to restart.

Was good till firmware update. Once update won't track steps hardly, continues to power off and restart. Turned it off for five minutes like they asked and didn't help at all. Still does the restarting and not tracking of steps. Would have never bought if I would have known this.

I would give this app 0 if I can. I cannot be possibly expect to reconnect every few hours when the bluetooth connectivity drops. If you do not fix this, it is almost impossible to use this. I will also telling everyone to stop buying this watch going forward until you fix all the bluetooth issues.

Software is absolutely below par. Does not sync correctly with watch. Statistics and historical data are not detailed enough and cannot be easily. Activities are not synchronized at all. Functions are missing. Bluetooth connection often fails......what a total waste of time.and money
