PPW

★★★★★ Great app not perfect but a very great app for your business needs.

★★★★★ When I started using ppw I give it 1 star but after 4 years of using ppw and rest of applications in industry once u learn few tricks ppw is not bad at all, so I changed it to 5 stars. Keep your phone clean because if your phone is full ppw will have problems like any other app. Don't run apps and other stuff in background going to crash ppw and u gonna have camera problems. Every now and then u need to delete old ppw and install new again to keep it running. Few other things but not bad at all.

★★★★★ Great app!!! Use it daily!! Only would change one thing. That once it's sent to office that we can restore it. Just in case employee does it before I can look over and edit

★★☆☆☆ Program is trash we are forced to use it and pay for it. I paid for my own account, but it was 150.00 a month waste plus each client I have I had to pay 25.00 to have an account on there side too. So I was paying 200.00 - 250.00 a month. I sent email after email, call after call. Trying to get them to figure out what wrong with there software it crashes 3 times a job or bigger jobs it crashes 10 plus times. I was told they had an update coming soon that was over a year ago. I really wish they would get it together. If they can't get it together hope the same thing happens to them that happened to Field-Comm. Someone pushes them out of way because they are hungry and will work for the money. They don't offer a discount for service not working. They charge full price but you get terrible service. I remember when PPW wanted to make sure there system was exactly what they advertise. I spend more time closing program then I do on some jobs. Before you respond with my phone needs factory reset or some other blame game tactic. Just put the time and money in fixing your system. I use the android software. I can not speak for the Apple software. I did have a problem couple years ago. The Motorola I bought and there software didn't work together. The phone took gray pictures in PPW app. Three months and they had it worked out. That was different times they wanted happy clients. Now it is becoming very clear they look at how many clients not how happy are current clients. Fact being when peoples head get swollen like this, and they stop caring about service. The next guy comes along reminds them they aren't only software company around.

★★☆☆☆ App crashes a lot. Also needs to be reset after a phone call or text message. Says "camera is already in use." Also crashes while in the middle of tasks and doesn't save photos.
