The content is very good, but app is not user-friendly, even after signing up with correct password, I'm not able to open my account, the student concession tab doesn't work. Even if want pay and subscribe, I'm not able to. Kindly fix this issue asap.

It is hard to sign in, cannot proceed with "Continue with Google" and it always prompts "Error 403: disallowed_user agent". Please help so that I can proceed to take the subscription. However, it works perfectly fine in browser (Chrome).

App asked to subscribe, paid then not showing your account and subscription, always asking about upgrade. If I am paying for the only plan then where to upgrade ? Interface is not good though the content is good but fail to reach basic state
