Citizens can easily register using their mobile number with OTP verification. Once registered, the app generates a unique QR code that serves as the citizen's identification. Volunteer Access and QR Code Scanning:
Volunteers scan the citizen's QR code using the app’s built-in scanner. Upon scanning, volunteers can view the citizen's basic information and update any missing details.

Purely third class app. Nothing works properly in it. Initially I could not log in as a volunteer for 2 days and the interface is much worse than expected. And the time it takes to load after filling details is like we can make a cup of tea and drink it. Ministry and NCISM should have developed app well before and then launch the campaign. But no, they want to set world records, etc. Total bulls*t. Literally I can write an essay on errors in this app. I think App developers are 10th std. Student
