I have control of my electric. I check every day to see what's using the most electric and can change times of use. I was a customer a few yrs back and can honestly say prepay power is a game changer this time around. I would recommend it for great day and night rates.

Good in terms of keeping on top of your ESB usage and the saving option is a great addition. I think there should be a section to see how much ESB was used during a certain hour and the option for a notification for when off-peak and nighttime rates start. I think that on the History of top-ups, there should be the balance included before that top up. Like if I had €15 on my account, and then I topped up by €50 on August 15th. I'd be able to see how much I had in my account before I topped up.

This app isn't working when I try to enter a code to get a new password I can't log into it at all and the company I've rung them about it all I get is error please try again

Hi there I recently renewed my contract with prepay power, and I received a bonus on my account meter same day, no issues with electricity prior to this but as soon as I got credit from them my app was not showing my insight information and a message was showing at bottom of the insight page that there was a delay getting my information from meter, I contacted them asap and nothing resolved 3 times, now billing me for extra usage even though my usage is correct every day

My app doesn't tell me my remaining balance, all u can do is top up, and it sends me code, sure what's the point in the app if that's all it does
