Good in terms of keeping on top of your ESB usage and the saving option is a great addition. I think there should be a section to see how much ESB was used during a certain hour and the option for a notification for when off-peak and nighttime rates start. I think that on the History of top-ups, there should be the balance included before that top up. Like if I had €15 on my account, and then I topped up by €50 on August 15th. I'd be able to see how much I had in my account before I topped up.

It's easy to work, and easy to understand. Gives notifications on low balance, and then you top up, and power stays on, along with having the power restore too. It has savings function which is easy to use and to top up from. We've never had a problem with it. Great app!! 😁👍🏻

Requested assistance last year, yet here I am in 2026 being charged for someone else's electricity usage I would appreciate assistance in resolving the issues to date 1 Receiving a text from PrePay Power informing me that the smart meter will not work anymore, all interactions will be done through the app 2 At no point was a request made for replacement cards, of which I only received one with a new account number 3 The App is 24hr behind, if working at all ?

This app isn't working when I try to enter a code to get a new password I can't log into it at all and the company I've rung them about it all I get is error please try again

When I could no longer tolerate confusing statements I decided on prepay power. All went well until I had to replace phone and back card. No matter what I do I seem to get the failed payment every weekend. I have more than enough to cover the top-up. It's hard to speak to anyone over weekends and nobody around to top up my card.
