Good in terms of keeping on top of your ESB usage and the saving option is a great addition. I think there should be a section to see how much ESB was used during a certain hour and the option for a notification for when off-peak and nighttime rates start. I think that on the History of top-ups, there should be the balance included before that top up. Like if I had €15 on my account, and then I topped up by €50 on August 15th. I'd be able to see how much I had in my account before I topped up.

Used to be an amazing elect supply, but 👀 out.my p.pay high usage all the time yet neighbor still had her 150 free top up unused wen the 2nd 1 was issued.but mine is gone in 3days...its robbery. I'm trying to change, but they literally hold my mprm num hostage... I'm with prepay at least 15yrs bar a quick pinergy lack of judgement sign up ... but im living on labor, and I can't afore the scandalous chargers for loyal costumes

Came back home topped up and still no electricity, too late to call or chat with anyone. Tried everything online. Nothing works. No restore power button on the app. Joke of a company
