★★★★★ With the new design this app makes for a more modern experience. I like the fact I can see family members and see the status of my prescriptions.

★★★★★ Kudos to the support team! After initially not being able to access my account after the update from Magellan Rx to Prescription Hub, I reached out to support with my issue. They investigated the issue, identified the cause, and deployed a fix. I am now able to access my account and manage my prescriptions again! Thank you!

★★☆☆☆ Useless. Always unable to load, in the rare instance it does load the information it provides is useless. The website is useless. I have to call every time to get anything done.

★★☆☆☆ Don't really know. 😕 There's always a "Something went wrong! There was a problem loading data. Try again. " On here. I can never log on.
