This app is such a great app for video footage and alert notifications. When you don't have any security devices at home, in a garage or office, it's an awesome substitute short of having an actual security device. I've used this app with an extra cell phone in the house and connected to our Wi-Fi, setting up my phone for viewing. Alerts you know when someone is in the space where you might be concerned for snooping or theft. It records the person and movement pretty good. I love it. I recommend!

🥳 I've had presence for years, I even donated early when they started up, so I could get the lifetime benefits before they become huge... Winning! Well now they are much bigger more advanced an expanding constantly. 🤔 Sadly I've had to forgo the 5-star review as currently the mobile app is faulty.

"Presence contacting server" stalls and will not connect. It used to work.

The app will no longer open. The security system is useless if you cannot use the app. I canno open cameras, set at home and away from home or see if doors have opened. Do the whole system is useless

Shockingly poor, unable to live view any of the phones I connected as cameras, will just sit there saying connecting to server all day if you let it, if it does do motion detect it records a couple of seconds the waits half an hour before starting again. No way of asking for help within the app itself and only advice online is data delete and hard reset have done that on all the phones and still no joy i wouldn't waste time on this.

When I try to connect to the camera device with is a Samsung Galaxy note 8 it keeps saying contacting server and from there it does nothing
