It was very much available in my city and my area. First ironing experience was excellent. Not a single complaint. They even fetched their own bag to carry the clothes for ironing. Second time, no bag brought. That is not an issue. Three days late delivery of clothes and pathetic ironing. Third time, no pick up at all and zero response on WhatsApp number too. Really very sad. Best in the first attempt but shaded off very badly.

Why are you guys not responding? My delivery is delayed and not one person is responding! Your Email has bounced back, no one is responding on your WhatsApp number and your customer care number is switched off! What is the point if you do not have enough personnel to handle work? You are cheating people by taking payment and their clothes!
