Have used MEALO for years. The delivery people are kind, food is always on time and hot! I especially like that they come directly to my apartment for delivery. Always a pleasure to have MEALO deliver my food!

Consistently have trouble with placing order, then attempting to pay which opens a browser, and redirect back to app fails. If you wanted to use the app then make it easy to use and not be redirecting from app to browser to app again.

Look I use mealeo all the time but if you start from the mealeo app and make your order, it doesn't let you scroll down the list to see what you have or edit it. Unfortunately I had 11 items for a group of people lined up and someone's order was messed up because I couldn't check or edit it after it was in my cart. I even went to reorder and the fees alone turned $8.50 into $24. I just feel bad because now this one person can't eat, and I would've had to exit out of the entire 11 item order.
