I've been ordering from Take Out Central for yrs, and I find that Takeout Central has a variety of restaurants to choose from that you can't find through competitor apps. Takeout Central is very fair, always putting the customer first. On occasion, if a restaurant makes an error, Takeout Central is quick to give the customer a generous discount, even though it wasn't their fault. They are also quick to answer a call, and they can help better personalize an order.

The delivery service is fine. What I HATE is the push notifications! I will let you know when I want to order something. I'm sick and tired of getting notifications about specials. I'm not going to order just because you are running a special. If I can't figure out how to disable the push notifications, I'm going to drop the app.

Poor user interface. It asks for the CVV every time, which is great, except it does not trigger the keyboard to pop up in order to enter the CVV info. I also cannot seem to access my profile to update my payment options without ordering. Good concept, poor execution.

Only use takeout central as a last resort for delivery and am reminded of why every single time! They either show up late, mess up the order or cancel your order with short notice. Uber Eats, Postmates, etc. are all a better option.
