Make your choice and a Delivery Hero will hook you up with your favorite food, traffic-free and hassle-free. Choose that awesome dish you love then sit back and relax while we come to you.
Status Updates: Once your order is on the way, your app keeps you in the loop. You’ll know the whereabouts and arrival time of your food and can greet it with fork in hand.
Order Ahead: We all know that burrito craving will hit you in a week or two. Don’t wait ‘til the last minute. Order as far in advance as you need, and when the time comes we’ll place your order and whisk it to you while you sit back and relax.
Order Support: No one's perfect. Sometimes, something goes wrong, even with trained Delivery Heroes, experienced restaurant staff, and dedicated local customer service professionals on your side. When you need help, we have live local North Carolinians just a phone call away.

I've been ordering from Take Out Central for yrs, and I find that Takeout Central has a variety of restaurants to choose from that you can't find through competitor apps. Takeout Central is very fair, always putting the customer first. On occasion, if a restaurant makes an error, Takeout Central is quick to give the customer a generous discount, even though it wasn't their fault. They are also quick to answer a call, and they can help better personalize an order.

The delivery service is fine. What I HATE is the push notifications! I will let you know when I want to order something. I'm sick and tired of getting notifications about specials. I'm not going to order just because you are running a special. If I can't figure out how to disable the push notifications, I'm going to drop the app.

Poor user interface. It asks for the CVV every time, which is great, except it does not trigger the keyboard to pop up in order to enter the CVV info. I also cannot seem to access my profile to update my payment options without ordering. Good concept, poor execution.

Only use takeout central as a last resort for delivery and am reminded of why every single time! They either show up late, mess up the order or cancel your order with short notice. Uber Eats, Postmates, etc. are all a better option.
