Pret A Manger: Coffee & Food

★★★★★ Well, I am pleased to report that after meeting friends and getting them a 20% discount for their bill recently, they did some sums, and they took out a coffee subscription and based on their monthly outlay, they are saving an average £90-£100 a month each, as they use pret for lunch, as well as now a morning coffee. They have also expressed surprise that competitors haven't copied this scheme Apart from a brief interlude around Christmas 2023, I've been a subscriber since november 2022. 💯💯

★★★★★ App that need to improve First time I use it and can compare with other coffee places app. A. Doesn't allow you to download abreceive/transaction e.g. to justify business expenses B. Doesn't allow rating your purchase experience. For instance, I am now in Heathrow T5 and my hot chocolate taste milk with traces of chocolate. Staff very nice and helpful though

★★★★★ Cannot sign into the app, SIM number does not match account. No physical SIM card in my phone I have esim. On the SIM tray it's 00000000000. Have only used the app twice because of logging problems, now it's mobile number.

★★★★★ Update update update. This app is always updating. Seriously I have never known an app that updates this much... Every time I go to use it I have to update.... Just get it right first time. Signs me out all the time too. Developers need to sort out their behavior.

★★★★★ I always get my breakfast at Pret on 53rd St.&3rd Ave. The staff are extremely professional and very nice, they are the reason why I go there every morning. ❤️

★★☆☆☆ Every month when your Pret subscription renews, you are logged out of your app and have to spend 20 minutes trying to guess the 12 character advanced $££% password because the phone's auto-remember password doesn't sync with the app. If you enjoy filling out multiple 'send me my password' requests, and fiddling with 'and here's your tenth picture - now fill out all the squares that match a motorbike'-style captchas, in an infernal circle, then is surely the app you have been waiting for.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, because it decided to kick me out of my personal account before I had time to show the QR code, and now I have a quest with resetting the password and logging into my personal account again
