Best coffee prices and subscription. The previous app problem with "needing update" was literally just needing to make sure qr code changed, so you just click off it and then back to wallet. Wish there was a Pret everywhere.

Reliable app. Can be a little wonky about locating the nearest store but that's easily remedied by entering a zip code. This would be a 5-star app if drinks could be customized in the app.

Great app, thanks for that if there isn't one yet, can we have an option anywhere in app to activate the notice for barista while scanning that QR code at till that client requires an alternative type of milk (lactose free) and maybe separate option for gluten-free alternatives before placing the order? That will be handy 👌 regrads

Phone app doesn't work at Fins bury station Pret, I was told that only smartphones are working, and yet Android phones were working until last week. Please sort this out. Thank you, Pret A Manger, for your speedy response and updated Pret A Manger App.

Doesn't work, never worked, online info as to why is mind-boggling. I shouldn't need to chase to fix, you are the app maker's should give an update that fixes it.
