Prima Nota: money in and out

Prima Nota is the household cash book, on your phone. Write down what comes in and what goes out, and see straight away how much is left this month. It is built to be simple for everyone: big buttons, plain words, no accounting jargon.

★ LOGGING AN EXPENSE TAKES SECONDS
Tap "I spent" or "I received", type the amount, pick a category. Done. The home screen shows this month's balance, income and spending, and your latest entries.

★ PHOTOGRAPH THE RECEIPT
Point the camera at a receipt and Prima Nota reads the total, the shop, the date and, where printed, each line. Save it as one entry or one entry per line. Reading happens on the phone: the receipt is not sent to any server. Phones with built-in AI use it to read invoices better too; on others you can choose to download a model that runs entirely on the device.

Spending by category in a clear chart, and a monthly PDF report to print, email or send to your accountant. You can also export everything as a spreadsheet file.

★ BUDGETS THAT KEEP AN EYE OUT
Set how much you want to spend each month on groceries, eating out or fuel: Prima Nota shows what is left and flags it when you are close to the limit.

★ PAYMENTS FROM YOUR BANK'S NOTIFICATIONS (Android)
If you turn it on, Prima Nota spots payments and credits in your banking apps' notifications and offers them for you to confirm. When both your bank and your card network report the same payment, you see it once. Nothing reaches your books without your say-so.

★ YOUR DATA STAYS SAFE
Everything stays on your phone and no account is needed. If you like, Prima Nota backs up to Google Drive every day, in a folder only the app can see, and restores it when you change phone. You can also save a copy by hand wherever you want.

Light or dark theme, large text that follows your phone's settings up to 200%, contrast designed for weaker eyesight and TalkBack labels throughout. Works on phones, tablets and foldables, in landscape too.
