Never received items or response from support. I order Dec 9th and still have not received my order. There is no update on the tracking and says pending to confirm, but they took my money right away. Online it says it ships in 2 days. I have done a support ticket twice in the two weeks and no response except for the auto email that says they will respond in 12 hours, but they never do, and I got an email after the first support ticket filed that said thanks for order here is a discount for next. Ha

I have been waiting for almost two weeks and half my order is still processing. Upon further inspection, I learned this company is somewhere in Taiwan. I am waiting for my order to arrive, and then I am deleting the app and finding an American company with American made merchandise. Also, there is no way to contact these people! Once it was too late, I realized they had a WhatsApp option. If I had seen that prior I would have never ordered from this company. Please, PLEASE buy from American only.
