I believe Priority Health OTC is a wonderful extra benefit for their members One idea I would like to mention is that I have found nothing for elderly bed baths, such, as no rinse body wash. I use this product quite often for myself as a fast wash-up, when I don't have time for a full shower or a bath. I am 72 and recently suffered a stroke I am sure Priority Health has a lot of members in the same predicament as I am, who would use such products is this for the same reasons as I do.

Wasted an hour, who created this app should be fired!! You can sign in and see your benefits, that's about it. Can't even shop online with this. Keep catalog and do it the old-fashioned way, PHONE IN ORDER, LOL

You Priority the worst app ever 1 if you go to look at product and decide you don't want it you have to go and start all over, when you search you don't get not in inventory or anything it just sits there, so you have to go all the way through so if you have an 1 hr or 2 with nonthong to do and don't accomplish anything then this app is for you Prioritize you make enough money you can at least put together an app that works for your customers instead of making them waste 2 hrs and still come up with nothing

Absolutely hate the login process to use the app. I tap the remember login for 30 days, but it doesn't work. The biometric login doesn't work either. I've removed the app and reloaded it several times. The scan item indicates item is not covered, but you scan it again, and it says it is. Who knows until you actually go to buy it? Someone needs to fix the app and at least make the login easier. Reach out to people who actually use it.
