Comments on Priority Pass™ for Android

★★★★★ Venkataramanan Krishnan · Sep 6, 2026

The Priority Pass app is very useful. I was enjoying Executive Class Lounges everywhere I went for the last two years.

★★★★☆ Mazen Alhaskir · Oct 12, 2026

Very good program. Iam enjoyed this program each business trip giving me more energy. But what we noticed that some lounges are not able to meet with the customer minimum requirements. Specially for example IGA Istanbul Airport. We are kindly request you to check this matter ASAP.

★★★★☆ Amol Mahajan · Sep 18, 2026

This is a good app and works super on the airport lounge. A digital card is also accepted on the airport lounge. One thing I missed in my phone app is I cannot see the history of visits to the airport lounge and how many balances. As the app details, there are some features, but I could not access the same in my phone app. Is that feature location based?? Or something is missing???

★★☆☆☆ Olli Pörsti · Oct 10, 2026

Logs you out all the time, log in with security code is clunky (email send is delayed, when I go refresh my inbox, app resets and resends code), no fingerprint login (?). Basically just causes you trouble at the worst possible times.

★☆☆☆☆ Alex Katz · Oct 6, 2026

I've had a credit card for 3 years and never used the lounge. The only time I tried using it I had to recover my password which I couldn't do because of a security question. The support didn't answer my call for an hour. I'm cancelling the card because of priority pass.

★☆☆☆☆ Nicholas James Connell · Sep 30, 2026

When you enter your Log-in information, the app will e-mail you a One Time Password. And when you switch to your e-mail app to get the password, your Priority Pass app will refresh requiring that they send you another Password, essentially making it impossible to access your Member QR code that gets you into Lounges. It's totally feasible to assume that they want it this way, that making access difficult allows them to cut down on the number of guests in Lounges. Outrageous & insulting.
