Priority Pass™

★★★★★ I use this app continuously throughout the year for when I travel throughout the world. Easy to use. I suggest looking at the app prior to going to airports and screenshot information, so you know exactly where to go before you enter check-in. The app has your QR code and card identification. I do this because sometimes my provider for data has low connection speed within airport until I get to a lounge to use Wi-Fi. Other words know before you go to airport.

★★★★★ Priority Pass is an outstanding pass that allows entry into many great lounges. It is great for the person always on the go at airports.

★★☆☆☆ The app still has been asked for a year now to update my card even though I have, and it works fine after I click ok.

★★☆☆☆ It's to common that lounges that are listed on the app and are "not currently accepting Priority Pass". I waste too much time going from lounge to only get rejected. Either get those lounges to let us in or remove them from the app.

★★☆☆☆ App works/ service don't. Tried to use the app for the 4th time at different airports and as soon you say you're using the priority pass you're put at the back of the list. Waited more than 2 hours and watching other people entering the lounges and never been called.

★★☆☆☆ Aspire lounges rarely honor thr priority pass. They let other people in but exclude priority pass holders. Thr value of this is very limited as of late.
