This is a good app and works super on the airport lounge. A digital card is also accepted on the airport lounge. One thing I missed in my phone app is I cannot see the history of visits to the airport lounge and how many balances. As the app details, there are some features, but I could not access the same in my phone app. Is that feature location based?? Or something is missing???

Unable to update digital membership card. The expiry date printed on the physical membership card is mm/YYY, while app requires dd/mm/yyyy for the digital membership card. Please have the data input requirement corrected.

Can't log in anymore, says I have to get the new plus app. That one doesn't work either, it says I have to use this old app

I tried to get a login link followed by a password reset link using my verified correct email (many emails for my active membership) before heading into a lounge. Nothing showed up, even in spam, but they were able to send me priority pass exclusive offer advertisements within 15 minutes. You're far better off using a credit card than relying on this. Another person was struggling to reset theirs at the front desk. Lounges can't even verify by membership number when the app is down.
