★★★★★ The app has improved quite a bit and the search experience is better. It could be made better by integrating with Gmail or allowing to import boarding passes or e-tickets, so we can plan ahead of time.

★★☆☆☆ My priorty pass has expired of MM/YYYY but when I try to add card into the app it shows format DD/MMM/YYYY. Hence I am unable to update my card with app

★★☆☆☆ I flustered flee back from LAX, gate 70. There was no lounge access for priority pass holders. On the way there, there was also no priority pass lounges in the terminal I was in at Dulles. The nearest lounge was 20 minutes away in another terminal (Turkish Airlines). When I got there, they were letting people in, but told me that I would need to go on a wait list as I had a priority pass and other people had priority.

★★☆☆☆ Pardon my language This is the dumbest thing I have seen in my life, I never write negative reviews this is my first time I went to ho chin min city international airport At the lounge the staff said u can access lounge, but we don't know if u will be charged or not There is no way I can get to know whether I have passes left or not. It is so much risk of using the physical pass if I do. I have to pay 45 usd for sitting 3 hours that too is a mystery that I have to pay or not for my family of 4
