You can't choose a password longer than approximately 12-15 characters, and it gives no indication that this is the reason for rejection. Can't sign into the app after receiving membership activated email.

Not really the fault of Dragon pass itself but the whole airport lounge racket is a scam. You can never use the passes because all the lounges are always packed full and typically have hours long wait-lists to get in. If you do manage to get in, it's long lines for the food and drinks and very small plates to minimize the amount of food you can take before having to wait in a long line again. I'd suggest taking your lounge pass money and just hitting up an airport restaurant or bar instead.

With Dragon pass lounge access was denied at plaza premium lounge at Toronto Airport. Access was given only to the dining room that also after 45mts of waiting. 3/4th of Lounge was vacant, but they said it is reserved for Business class only.
