Great experience. Calm place to wait for flight. Great food, drinks and comfort. If having assistance can be collected from lounge. Thoroughly recommend. 77-year-old retired lady

★★★★★ Barry Ryan · Jul 14, 2026

Easy to use. Gives lounge access at most large airports

★★★★★ T Ganesh · Sep 24, 2026

Quick and easy access to most of the airport lounges

★★★★☆ Michael Woolley · Aug 2, 2026

Easy to use. pre-booking lounges a godsend. Also gives you directions to where the lounge is.

★☆☆☆☆ Wayne Enright · Oct 5, 2026

Hello????? Anyone there???? This appears the only way to get attention as I've tried contacting via email. I CANNOT VERIFY EMAIL AS EVERY SINGLE REQUEST LANDS IN THE INBOX AAAAA AFTER THE REQUEST SO THE LINK IS EXPIRED. I JUST WANT TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Samir Sattar · Jul 26, 2026

Accessing lounges is more expensive through dragon pass than directly buying access. In one airport we bought ages for $21 (£15) while the same access would've been £24. Not sure why such a big price discrepancy but not worth it for some lounges

I have an account, I can't log in, you say you can't find me, my bank directs me to you, you direct me back to the bank, it's been a month...

★★☆☆☆ Matt · May 8, 2026

Struggles to bill a perfectly good card. After adding card, it refused it. Had to Google the solution. Apparently you need to log out and back in again. Such a badly made app, and seems designed to NOT give you your first arrival choice of time.
