Registration is awful. The app requires too much information, for sure they are selling our data. I got an error message at the end of the registration that the card information is missing, even when the transaction has already passed and that information was on a screen before. By the time I was able to log in and check if I was eligible for the lounge, boarding has started. Awful experience

The app doesn't let you register even after having tried multiple times, on different devices, different browsers. Customer support is horrendous, an AI would have been more effective to talk to; no help, just 10 minutes of my life wasted and them telling you to send an email. 1 star is even too much here.

I am unable to put my new visa credit card number. I once activate the app a few years ago with my old Mastercard. Now it keep showing errors to recognize my old card or unable to associate my new or old card.
