Terrible app and extremely poor customer support. It is almost impossible to contact Lounge Key because they only provide a telephone number, which is ridiculous when you are traveling or overseas. Adding a new card should be simple, but it has been literally impossible. A travel service should make things easier for customers, not more frustrating. Very disappointing experience.

The system asks to update the payment detailes. But app does not have the possibility to update it... it is not funny because could not use the card in lounges.

Registration is awful. The app requires too much information, for sure they are selling our data. I got an error message at the end of the registration that the card information is missing, even when the transaction has already passed and that information was on a screen before. By the time I was able to log in and check if I was eligible for the lounge, boarding has started. Awful experience
