Private wave

Private Wave is a privacy-focused messenger for direct device-to-device communication (P2P), without your own backend server.

What the app offers:
• One-to-one real-time chat
• File sharing
• Audio calls and video calls
• Invite-link connection flow through any preferred app
• Device contacts integration (including contacts with Telegram accounts)
• Contact search and sorting by recent activity
• User blocking by ID
• Strict privacy mode: accept incoming connections only from trusted contacts
• Light and dark themes

How it works:

1. Create an invite and send the link to another person.
2. The recipient opens the link in Private Wave.
3. After the connection is established, you can chat, call, and share files instantly.

Privacy:
• No account registration required
• Data is exchanged directly between devices
• Encryption is enabled during connection key exchange

Private Wave is built for people who want fast, straightforward direct communication with less complexity.

Recent changes:
Improved chat stability and input behavior. Fixed several issues with chat scrolling, message delivery after offline periods, and contact screen layout
on different phone aspect ratios. Reduced accidental swipe-to-delete while scrolling messages and improved how the app resumes message and call handling
after returning from background.
