WORST APP EVER. Their support is so garbage and had to reschedule my exam 3 TIMES because their software kept malfunctioning. Wasted hours trying to set it up. If you need to use this for your exam, just be prepared to spend at least 30 mins to set it up. Proctors are also garbage and only use chat function to speak. Why does such a great college like humber use such a garbage software like this? Education is an actual scam. These people should be taken out of business. They wasted my life!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Took 2 hours to sort out the issues and I missed my exam. Can't use a Samsung Galaxy S22. They asked me to find another phone. When I did, that one had issues too. Just a terrible experience. Humber needs to find another service provider immediately.
