This app already saved me a lot of time. The only issue I notice is when I want to create a custom route from Ljubljana - Villach trough Karavanke Tunnel (Border crossing). The route can not be created due to auto suggestions and "Villach" or "predor Karavanke" or "Karavanke tunnel" are not on the list.

App is poor. It gives you some e-vignette in a new browser but has no possibility to import one purchased into app.
