Has good set up... while using was fine until yesterday when was at store and couldn't pay for kids food. Turns out, there was some update Saturday night into Sunday morning (page looked different).but guess what? Someone grand larceny my card and used everything in another state in 1 morning! I've NEVER had an issue w this card or ANY other. NEVER!! EBT cust. Service said Propel is 3rd party they don't use. Said to use ebtEDGE. I've heard not as easy interface but it what they use so safer.

Within the last week every time I open the app it says "Your request has been blocked by our security systems." It used to work great, but now it's just a worthless app 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️. How do I give it negative 5 stars rating.
