Lots of people in IL have had their EBT funds drained. And no will help them recover their funds. This is not a good app. I don't even see the negative review my mom put on here yesterday. No wonder their rate is so high.

This app was so bad that it took all of my SNAP balance it was saying in about an hour that it went to Ohio to New Jersey to Philadelphia in about 2 hours, and I lost all of my money and I had to wait a whole 2 months to get all of my balance back
