Very helpful to for people who receive with benefits and want to know what they can put can't buy by scanning barcode. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always ok to buy but usually never scan successfully on the app.

Super helpful for keeping up with my WIC balance, without having to call the # on the card and try to write it all down as the prompt calls it out lol! Another favorite feature is the scanner that you can make sure the item you pick up is WIC eligible, and you won't be paying out of pocket for it.

WIC services have improved greatly, no complaints lol. Most apps can benefit from some kind of improvement, this one I wish had better search options when trying to find WIC eligible items. The item descriptions are generic when looking them up by brand or flavor. A lot of listings are just "NONFAT YOGURT" and the search only brings up the app description and barcode upc SKU number. I usually stand in the grocery store scanning items and spend a lot more time shopping than is practical

Worthless now if your provider doesn't participate. Used to be handy for management, but when they added provider integration, they removed the ability to manually specify benefits. Meaning if your provider doesn't participate, it only acts as a scanner app to verify the WIC status of a food, removing half of the utility of the application.

There is a glitch in the app that says nothing im scanning is nice approved. Even the baby formula y'all need to fix this

The bar scanner doesn't work properly for me anymore. It will either not scan at all or say product isn't accepted, when I know it really is. I have contacted the WIC office to report the issue too
