Love this app. Very informative. Helps you keep track of your benefits, keeps you in the know as far as what's WIV eligible via the scanner, & it gives tips on meals & more! Oh, and very easy to navigate! :)

WIC services have improved greatly, no complaints lol. Most apps can benefit from some kind of improvement, this one I wish had better search options when trying to find WIC eligible items. The item descriptions are generic when looking them up by brand or flavor. A lot of listings are just "NONFAT YOGURT" and the search only brings up the app description and barcode upc SKU number. I usually stand in the grocery store scanning items and spend a lot more time shopping than is practical

Super helpful for keeping up with my WIC balance, without having to call the # on the card and try to write it all down as the prompt calls it out lol! Another favorite feature is the scanner that you can make sure the item you pick up is WIC eligible, and you won't be paying out of pocket for it.

The bar scanner doesn't work properly for me anymore. It will either not scan at all or say product isn't accepted, when I know it really is. I have contacted the WIC office to report the issue too

This app needs an updated one it doesn't update completely after benefits are used. Two on the day of WIC it doesn't update benefits. 3 it is very laggy and closes sometimes.

The barcode doesn't scan anything and half the time nothing it tells you is approved

Very poorly done. You can't even see the full titles of the items you are allowed to purchase making it absolutely useless unless you have 12 hours a day to spend scanning at the grocery store.
