Great to use as a guide. Not always accurate sometimes pulls information from the neighbors property etc. but simple check to see if it is the right property will give you some idea of the value. Reliant on information being held to be accurate but most people don't update their properties improvements to avoid paying higher rates so this can sku the results significantly.

Downloaded app has log in details but nothing to register for new users and a phone number for questions weird deteted as couldn't log in

Dropped in rating as now can't log on my phone any more despite having an account. Each time I log in it sends me back to the screen to log on. Disappointing as the conent is good and like to access on the road
