Property Lines: ParcelVision

Stop guessing where your property ends — without the $500+ surveyor bill.

ParcelVision paints your property boundary on the ground through your phone's camera, so you can walk your land and see where your property line falls.

Start on the map. Center the crosshair on your roof, tap "Search this spot," and see every parcel around you — free. You check the shape, the address, the parcel number and the acreage before you pay a cent. Only when you are sure it is yours do you unlock it and walk your lines.

WHY PARCELVISION?

• SEARCH FIRST, PAY LATER: Look at your actual parcel — for free — before spending a dime. Your real boundary is drawn on the satellite view first, so you know exactly what you are unlocking.

• NO SUBSCRIPTION: Other property line apps rent you access by the month or the year. ParcelVision is a one-time $14.99 unlock for that property: the map outline, the painted line and free sharing, all included. Pay once, keep it forever — and share it with family, neighbors or clients for free.

• PAINTED ON THE GROUND: Don't just stare at a flat map. In Ground View, your boundary is marked the way a survey crew would: a crisp line on the ground, a stake at every corner, and small ticks on your side of the line. A glance at your feet tells you which side you are on, and a live readout tells you how far you stand from the line. A property line locator you can walk with, not another map to squint at.

• PINPOINT YOUR SPOT: Stand on a porch step or a driveway corner, tap that spot on the satellite photo, and the line matches it. Your spot is remembered for that property, so the next visit starts from it.

• RURAL & OFF-GRID READY: Built for large tracts and wooded lots. Unlock your parcel once, then walk your lines with no cell service at all.

• FROM OFFICIAL COUNTY RECORDS: Your boundary comes from the public county parcel record — the same source behind your assessor map, tax map and plat, for counties nationwide. Every boundary point in the record is drawn, so irregular parcels look like themselves: corners, jogs and all. Easements and rights-of-way are recorded separately and are not drawn.

PRO TOOLS — AN OPTIONAL ADD-ON
Your property unlock is complete on its own. Pro Tools is a separate one-time unlock for measuring and planning, good on every property you own, forever:
• Measure every side of your lot, with lengths and bearings
• Trace a section — a pasture, a build site, a food plot — and get its acreage
• Measure from where you stand to any point on your property
• Get a buzz when you are approaching or crossing your line
• Drop waypoints and navigate back to them: a corner post, a stand, a well head
• Preview a setback line inside your boundary before you plan a build
• Save a photo of your camera view with the boundary drawn on it
• Export to GPX or KML for your other mapping tools
• Print a one-page property sheet with an overhead map and a share QR code

PERFECT FOR
- Landowners: check your acreage and fence lines without the wait.
- Hunters: see where the public/private line falls — even offline.
- Realtors and real estate pros: show clients the lines on site, and send the parcel home with them as a closing gift.
- Forestry and land management: mark boundaries in dense woods where flat maps fail.
- New owners: walk the corners on your deed the week you close.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the map and tap "Search this spot" — or type an address or Parcel ID.
2. Verify (free): see your parcel's real shape, acreage and parcel number.
3. Unlock once: $14.99, one time, for that property.
4. Walk the line: it is painted on the ground in front of you — no cell service required.

WHAT YOUR PHONE NEEDS
A phone that supports Google Play Services for AR (installed with the app) and GPS.

ParcelVision is a visual reference for boundary awareness — not a legal survey. For legal disputes, construction, or exact corners, consult a licensed surveyor.
