Completely broken. Impossible to use services. Finishing account setup is impossible, as the server returns a 500 (server-side) error when submitting security questions. Also, the property finder is bugged, so it sets the state and zip code to "null". It does this automatically, so there's no way to manually submit the correct info. Tons of JavaScript exceptions when using the corresponding web portal on a desktop. Support hasn't responded after 2 days when payments are due now.

As others have noted, you will be charged a convenience fee for making ACH payments, which you will not be charged if you use the website instead of the mobile app. That makes this app worthless for me.
