App is good but can you include a section for seeing service charge breakdown when buying an apartment. Some of the building owners put up a high service charge that's so unnecessary, you buy an apartment then you start paying a service charge north of ksh.7000 monthly, is as if you are paying monthly rent all over again, service charge shouldn't even exceed ksh.3000 for common utilities.

This is a great app for all your property search needs in Kenya and abroad. I use it extensively to research property prices in different neighborhoods. It saves a lot of time for both real estate buyers and sellers. I couldn't recommend it enough.

There is someone who is listing property here to fraud gullible clients, using the names of my company Domina Homes and properties limited. Domina home's end properties limited doesn't list with property 24 and the person who is listing with domina is an impostor. We've reported the matter to the police through one the victim. Kindly I request you pull down Domina homes and property limited because that is not me and my company. Regards Martin.

Tried looking for a house on two occasions. The people who list the houses are rude, unprofessional and straight up fraud. Be very careful. The houses listed aren't complete and the pictures are misleading. Uninstalling this stupid app.
